Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

A widely used form of therapy found to be effective in treating a range of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, workplace stress and more.

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy

DBT is a therapy specially developed and tailored for clients with strong, overwhelming emotions. It helps people build the skills to cope with distress, manage their emotions, develop healthy relationships and understand themselves.

Schema Therapy

This form of therapy is focused on building self-awareness and addressing the underlying issues that feed maladaptive patterns of behaviour. It is aimed at longer-term challenges, or those otherwise resistant to treatment.

EDMR

An evidence-based therapeutic approach widely recommended by experts in the treatment of trauma and traumatic experiences. It aims to reduce the emotional distress caused by these memories and process key related information, thus alleviating much of the impact they have on present life and future challenges.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

ACT is a clinically effective treatment founded in the ideas of mindfulness, acceptance, and commitment to meaningful action in line with our values. It is especially useful for anxiety, depression and stress resulting from life transitions.
